Limited liability company registration – process description:

The process is very quick with our assistance. It takes 1 – 3 weeks, including registration in the Companies Register.

 

At the beginning, we need basic information from you concerning the name of company, its address (or we can provide the address), scope of business and personal data of shareholders and statutory directors.

 

We verify availability of the company name. After that we provide you with set of documents that must be signed by shareholders and directors with their signature officially verified.

 

After receiving of the documents we secure all registrations:

 

- adopting Articles of Incorporation at notary

- registration of trade licenses

- opening a bank account and payment of stock capital

- registration in the Companies Register

 

To register a company you have to provide us with full business address. Consent of the building owner must be provided in writing (with signature verified). We offer our registered office address service if you do not want to search for offices. This service saves your money for office rental and gives a discount on the company formation service.

 

Once the company is registered, we register the company at Tax Office and send all incorporation documents to you.
